Min 5 years of hands-on experience in designing health insurance or general Insurance products for a reputed company.

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, inviting applications from professionals with experience in insurance product design.

Role Overview: Labaid Group is going to launch a subscription-based Medical Expenses Coverage Program exclusively for our loyal patients. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing the health coverage plans or the packages under this program.

Job Location: Dhaka (Remote working is also allowed for the right candidate).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze existing healthcare services data to identify trends and patterns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop health coverage portfolio.

Design coverage options that align with Labaid hospital/diagnostics services.

Evaluate risk factors (i.e. propensity of diseases) and recommend appropriate coverage limits.

Provide insights on pricing strategies and subscription models.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Any other tasks assigned by the management as terms of reference.
